Sandra Davis, our Rock Star CEO, is living black history. Years ago, she tapped into a niche of Mahjong jewelry. She became one a few artists creating and selling mahjong jewelry online.
Over the years, Gehazi Collections has sold mahjong jewelry in every state in the US, several
provinces in Canada, and 14 other countries. Gehazi has shipped to 14 different locations in
Australia alone.
Davis is believed to be one of few, if not the only, African-American jewelry designer who has
successfully created and sold Mahjong jewelry worldwide.
She also has another distinction. During Fashion Week 2023 in Milan, Italy, part of her collection was shown on the runway with couture designs by Detroit fashion designer Beulah Cooley. Among Davis’s bejeweled offerings were several pieces that included mahjong designs.
